I'm Gillian Adams and live in the UK.
As a creative person who started my career in graphic design, I've been lucky to mainly work in publishing and the media.
I've written numerous newspaper article and columns in the health and wellbeing area, and have self-published fiction and non-fiction books.
I've also created a few colouring books for adults, and continue to enjoy art and crafts.
